St. Bernard Parish Special Cooking Classes

$ 60 (taxes and food included)

Each cooking class is two and a half hours long and is ideal for beginners interested in acquiring foundational skills, and for who wants to refresh or refine his expertise. Class fees are $60 per person per class and include all food as dictated by the class theme and menu. Recipes will be handed out and are yours to take home at the end of the class. 
Souvenir aprons are included and it will give to you on the first lesson available.

 
Basic Cooking Classes   

$ 75(+9,75 tax) per lesson

Class fees are $75 (plus taxes) per person per class and include all food as dictated by the class theme and menu. Recipes will be handed out and are yours to take home at the end of the class. Advanced Cooking Classes (5 weeks)

$105(+13.65tax) per lesson or $525(saving68.25tax)full program

Each cooking class is four hours and you can choose any available date. Class fees range from $105 per person (plus taxes). Most classes include hands-on instruction by a Schipano's Chef in a small group (max 20 guests). Classes will include recipes, a souvenir apron, and all of our classes include a lot of fun! It may to include wine and espresso tastings.

Should the class on your preferred date become full or not receive sufficient registrations to proceed, we will do our best to accommodate you on another available date of your choice.

In-Home Classes

Our exclusive in-home cooking classes are perfect for those who want personalized cooking instruction in a small group setting and familiar environment. The in-home classes are best suited for small groups of 2-6 people depending on the size of your kitchen and are 3 hours long. Our Chef will custom-design a menu for you and your guests to include an appetizer, entrée, side dish and dessert. The Chef will arrive at the requested time and location with complimentary aprons and recipe booklets for an interactive and delicious experience right at your home. Class fees are $500 for a party of up to 6 ($50 per person for more than 6 people and up to 12 people). Ingredients are usually included but if previously discussed, for special or particular recipes (truffle, lobsters etc) could be supplied for an additional charge.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend your class, we require a minimum of 48 hours or a deposit of 50% will be assessed on your credit card if we are unable to fill your space. No-shows will be assessed the full class fee. There are no refunds on gift certificates.
